NB: 1. Times can be varied to suit each school's particular requirements
2. The INSET for pastoral staff covers the same material in the morning
as the whole school INSET, but the afternoon focuses on the material
in the book, "Teenager, uncover the true potential within YOU!" and
training pastoral staff in how to ensure pupils get the most out of the
book.
3. The parents' training event covers the same material in the morning
as the whole school INSET, but the afternoon focuses on a more
detailed look at strategies that can be put in place within the family
home to raise self-esteem.
